Happy New Year!
Another year has come and gone and once again, I ended up taking most of December off. The end of November was a rough one for my family as we had a death in the family and we started December off with a funeral. The break this past month was definitely needed as we processed emotions and took time to heal.
I also chose to go back to school this back semester to pursue a Paraprofessional Education degree. After many years of being out of school, I think I have finally figured out what I would like to do. This was exciting for me as I have spent the last nine years as a stay at home mom.
As 2023 begins, I look forward to being more active on my blog like I was in the first half of 2022! I’m so excited for this new chapter and thankful for all of those who choose to join me!

So sorry for your loss. I’m glad you got to take a break. And it is very exciting to go back to school – I’ve been a stay at home mom for 10 years but I’m in the phase of trying to figure out what I want to do now that both kids are in school. I hope you have a happy new year!

Thank you. It was much needed and I’m glad I was able to take it.
I’m glad to have an idea with what I want to do with my life. I hope the process of figuring that out for yourself is a smooth one! Hope you have a happy new year as well!

I’m very excited for the future. I’ve been enjoying what I’m learning so much and can’t wait to be in a classroom.
